Banana Oat Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas (I grabbed a couple from my freezer stash)
  • 1/2 c. oats
  • 2 c. almond milk
  • 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

Place all ingredients in blender and blend until thoroughly combined.

Makes two servings.
