Hot Buttered Rumchata

Happy National Hot Buttered Rum Day! Celebrate by making this super yum Hot Buttered RumChata!

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/16 tsp. each: allspice, cinnamon, nutmeg (you can just eyeball this w/ a pinch)
  • 2 oz. RumChata (if you're using shooters, just toss in two)
  • 5 oz. hot water (I use boiling, but you could probably just use really hot)
  • Reddi-Whip or Coolwhip, optional
  • Additional cinnamon, optional

Add butter, brown sugar, vanilla, allspice, cinnamon, and nutmeg to the bottom of a mug. Add RumChata. Top with the boiling water and stir well until everything is combined.

Top with whipped topping and/or additional cinnamon.
