White Wine Spaghetti
Ingredients:
- 1/2 stick butter
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 Roma tomatoes, diced
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. heavy cream
- 1 c. white wine
- 1/2 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 16 oz. spaghetti
Prepare spaghetti according to package direction. Drain. Do not rinse. Set aside.
Add butter, onion, and garlic to a large skillet. Cook on medium high heat until onions are translucent.
Add tomatoes. Stir until combined. Add flour to pan and stir well. Then add cream, wine, Italian seasoning, and salt.
Bring mixture to a simmer and add in Parmesan cheese. Stir until cheese is melted and mixture is smooth.
Add pasta to sauce. Stir to combine over low heat. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Serve warm.
