Chicken Salad Wraps
Ingredients:
- 2 c. cooked, shredded chicken
- 3 stalks celery, diced
- 1 c. red grapes, halved
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp. fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 4 tortillas
Combine chicken, celery, grapes and pecans in a large bowl.
In small bowl, combine mayonnaise, rosemary, black pepper, salt, and lemon juice.
Pour dressing over chicken mixture and mix until well combined.
Cover and chill for at least two hours.
Divide among four tortillas, wrap, and serve.
