In Color: Our Fun Family Competition!

You may have seen rainbow-themed family pictures floating around the internet recently. This seems to be another inventive and fun idea created to avoid quarantine boredom among families who have been in the house together for months now.

To make it a little more fun, we turned it into a competition.

The rules (according to me): Each color is a "round." At the beginning of each round, I would yell out the color and each person had five minutes to complete their outfit, including any props, makeup, etc.

I selected a winner of each round based on creativity and incorporation. For example, piling a bunch of stuff of that color on yourself wasn't going to score as high as actually finding a way to "wear" it as an accessory.

By the third or fourth round, everyone was laughing so hard, no one really cared who won. (The prize was a Starbucks drink, by the way.)

If you're looking for a cute way to do some good quality family pictures, I'd leave the competition part out. These outfits are definitely last-minute thrown together.
