Turmeric Wellness Latte

turmeric wellness latte

Ingredients:

  • 2 c. almond milk, cashew milk, or whatever milk you prefer
  • 1 tsp. turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp. agave nectar (we just get ours at Sam's Club)

Heat milk in a small saucepan over medium heat just until hot. Do not boil.

Add turmeric, cinnamon, and agave nectar. Stir until fairly well mixed.

Add to high-powered blender and blend until thoroughly combined. (This is the blender I use.)
