Peanut Butter Banana Breakfast Cake

Ingredients:

  • 4 mashed ripe bananas
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 c. flour
  • 2 c. old fashioned oats
  • 1 c. milk chocolate chips
  • 1/2 c. creamy peanut butter

Preheat oven to 350 F and grease 9x13" pan.

Mix bananas and oil in a large mixing bowl. Add brown sugar, eggs, vanilla, and salt. Mix thoroughly until combined.

Add baking powder, flour, and oatmeal. Mix until combined.

Mix in chocolate chips. Pour into pan and spread.

Bake for 20-22 minutes. Allow to cool.

Place peanut butter in small bowl. Microwave in 10-15 second cycles until melted. Spread on cake like frosting.

Serve.
